Veronika Voskalchuk began her dance journey over 30 years ago. What started as a love for dancing naturally grew into a deeper mission that goes far beyond teaching steps. Today, Veronika is not just a teacher — she is a leader and visionary in the dance world.
Veronika truly believes that dance is not about steps. It is a transformational experience. That belief is exactly why she and her husband Alexander opened their studio — to give people the opportunity to experience how dance can change the way they feel, think, and see themselves.
Her strongest expertise is International Ballroom styles, where she works with intermediate and advanced students. She also teaches Argentine tango, as well as Tango Barre for females.
Veronika teaches only private lessons and coachings, focusing on deep, individual work and personal transformation through dance.

Alexander is a ballroom dancing Pro who's known all over the World. He's got mad skills in all styles, but he's totally in love with Traditional Ballroom and Argentine tango. With 30 years of dancing experience and 17 years of teaching under his belt, he's a total boss. And get this: his students have won some seriously impressive titles, such Pro Am World Champion and Pro Am USA Champion. It's no wonder - Alexander is an awesome teacher who's all about excellence. But here's the kicker: he's not just a dance teacher. Nope, he's also a biomechanical and rehabilitation specialist. How cool is that? He's got a real talent for working with students who have injuries, helping them to prevent further damage while also supporting their recovery.
With Alexander by your side, you'll be able to dance your heart out without a care in the world. He's a pro at guiding dancers of all levels through their training with ease and a wealth of professional knowledge. You'll never feel lost or left behind with Alexander's expert instructions and patient guidance. He's the kind of teacher who really cares about his students and wants to see them succeed, no matter what their goals may be. Christian Alexander Escobar is a creative, warm, and passionate professional with a strong artistic background.
At Dance Flow Miami, Christian is our Front Desk Manager and Junior Teacher, making sure students feel welcomed, supported, and confident from their very first visit. He especially loves teaching American Smooth and is fantastic with beginners, helping them feel comfortable, relaxed, and motivated on the dance floor.
Christian began his dance journey in college and quickly grew into a dedicated instructor. His achievements include the 2022 Fred Astaire National Award for Top Male New Student Department Professional (Casanave Division), 1st Place at Dancing Like the Stars Miami, and 1st Place at the Fred Astaire Sundance Classic (Mixed Novice).
Outside of dance, Christian is also a lifelong musician with nearly 20 years of experience playing classical and contemporary guitar. Curious and driven, he continues to explore new paths and is currently training in the aviation field.
Dmitry Stadnikov
Dmitriy has been dancing since the age of 11 and was ranked among the top three champions in Kazakhstan. He has performed in theaters, competed in numerous tournaments, and earned many prizes along the way. Recognized as a candidate for Master of Sports, Dmitriy has showcased his talent before large audiences at events, theaters, and competitions. As a teacher, he has worked with students of all ages, inspiring thousands of people through dance. For Dmitriy, dance is not merely movement; it’s a story, a way of life, and the breath of existence. He believes that dance is life itself, and every person should know how to dance.
Emily Hernandez
Emily discovered her passion for dance at the age of six when she first slipped on her ballet shoes. While ballet became her foundation, she later ventured into hip hop and ballroom dancing, finding new ways to express herself through rhythm and movement. Each style allowed her to explore a different facet of creativity and storytelling.
As a dance teacher, Emily brings years of experience and a deep understanding of both hip hop and ballroom dancing. Her impressive career includes the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl 54 halftime show with Shakira and Jennifer Lopez. In her classes, Emily focuses not only on technique but also on the joy of movement and the emotional expression that dance provides. Her passion is infectious, and she inspires her students to discover their own love for the art form.
Kyril Popov
Kyril is a highly established elite dancesport athlete who has gained international recognition for his competitive achievements and international rankings at World and International championships in the Latin and Standard Dance Category of Dancesport. The result of his competitive work has been transformative for dance itself throughout his country in Hong Kong where he has been recognized tremendously on a national and international scale for his dance capabilities and international athletic accomplishments.
Kyril is a multi-time national ranking dancer for the country of Hong Kong and, based on the national ranking, has regularly qualified for membership to their National/World Team (and competing on that world team) under the WDSF rules and regulations since as early as 2019. He has sustained this level of elite dancing throughout his career through present day.
